Bending Knees
Always be more conscious to bend your knees away from the 2nd toes. The reason is because there are 3 soft tissues joined together on the median side of the knee which are tendon, ligament and menisci. If you bend your knee medially (toward the first toe), it will put these 3 soft tissues on stretch and eventually it can tear these tissues especially on the menisci.
